1. Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a catalogue, requesting a quotation, placing an order, purchasing products or engaging with Iron Grid for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website or submit any request to Iron Grid.

2. About Iron Grid

Iron Grid is a South African supplier and distributor of commercial-grade fitness, combat sports, wellness and training facility equipment.

Our services may include equipment supply, wholesale procurement, gym fit-outs, facility planning, equipment sourcing, installation coordination and project consultation.

3. Minimum Project Requirements

Iron Grid primarily works with commercial facilities, studios, performance centres, schools, hospitality environments, training spaces and qualifying private projects.

• Minimum project value is typically R50,000 excluding VAT, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee project acceptance.
• Iron Grid may decline enquiries that fall outside its project scope, budget requirements or commercial operating model.

4. Quotations & Orders

All quotations issued by Iron Grid are subject to stock availability, supplier pricing, exchange rate movement, transport costs and project-specific requirements.

• Quotations are valid only for the period stated on the quotation.
• Prices may exclude VAT, delivery, installation and site-specific costs unless expressly stated otherwise.
• A quotation does not constitute a binding agreement until accepted and confirmed by Iron Grid in writing.
• Iron Grid reserves the right to correct pricing errors, withdraw quotations or amend quotations before order confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment may be required before dispatch, delivery, installation or product release.

• Projects may require deposits, progress payments or milestone payments.
• Products remain the property of Iron Grid until paid for in full.
• Iron Grid may suspend supply, delivery or installation where payment has not been received.
• Overdue amounts may attract interest or recovery costs where permitted by law.

6. Delivery & Installation

Delivery dates and project timelines are estimates only. While Iron Grid makes reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, delays may occur due to suppliers, freight providers, customs, manufacturing, stock availability or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where installation services are provided, the customer must ensure that the site is accessible, safe and ready for installation. Any delays caused by site conditions may result in additional charges.

7. Products & Availability

Iron Grid supplies products from multiple brands, suppliers and manufacturing partners. Certain products may be imported, manufactured to order, sourced on request or subject to extended lead times.

Images, dimensions, colours, descriptions and specifications are provided for general guidance and may differ from final supplied products. Iron Grid reserves the right to update product information, improve products or correct errors without prior notice.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of commercial procurement, fit-outs, imported products, special orders and custom-manufactured items, returns and cancellations may be restricted.

• Special-order, imported or custom-manufactured products are generally non-returnable.
• Orders may not be cancellable once procurement, manufacturing or import processes have commenced.
• Any approved return must be authorised in writing and may be subject to handling, transport or restocking fees.

9. Warranties

Products supplied by Iron Grid may carry manufacturer or supplier warranties. Warranty coverage is subject to the relevant manufacturer or supplier terms.

Warranty claims do not cover misuse, abuse, neglect, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear or damage caused by unsuitable operating environments.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Iron Grid shall not be liable for indirect loss, consequential damages, loss of profit, business interruption, loss of revenue, third-party delays or losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Iron Grid's liability shall be limited to the value of the products or services supplied in relation to the relevant claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, layouts, catalogues, product images, graphics, written content and related materials remain the property of Iron Grid or its licensors.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, adapted or used without prior written consent.

12. Website Use & Privacy

Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with website functionality, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Personal information is processed in accordance with Iron Grid's Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any dispute arising from these terms, the website, quotations, orders, products or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
